What leasing options are available?

We offer 12-month leases. 

Can I apply online?

Yes. Use the Apply tab on our website and get started today! 

Do you offer individual leases?

No, we do not offer individual (by-the-bed) leases. Our leases are one per apartment with anyone 18 and older on the lease. 

Is any of the security deposit refundable?

The full security deposit is refundable pending no fees or damages after move out. 

Is there an application fee?

Yes. The application fee is $50.00.

Do I have to pay first and last month's rent?

No. We collect the first month's rent and a security deposit, but not the last month's rent.

When is rent due, is there a grace period, and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the first you can pay your rent online via the Resident Portal. After the 5th, there is a $50.00 late fee. 

Are any utilities included in the rent?

Rent includes heat, hot water, and cooking gas. 

Is renter's insurance required?

​Yes, we do require renter's insurance. A minimum of $100,000 in limited liability coverage is required. Proof of policy must be provided to the leasing office prior to move in.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on Airbnb or VRBO?

No. We do not allow apartments to be sublet or listed on short-term rental sites like Airbnb or VRBO. 

What are hours of the leasing office?

​Leasing office hours are Mon - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, Sat, 10 AM - 4 PM; Closed Sunday

What are the hours of the laundry facility?

For your convenience, the laundry facilities are open from 7 AM to 9 PM. 

Do you have a pool?

We do not have a pool in our apartment community, but we do offer a membership to Summerset Swim and Fitness which is off-site. 

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

We do not offer valet trash service at this time. However, we do have a recycling dumpster on the property. 

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​You can have packages delivered to your building or the leasing office.

Is storage available?

Yes, storage is included. 

Are grills available?

Yes, we have charcoal grills at various places around the community.

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

​Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Indoor cats are permitted. Max of 2 pets per apartment. The monthly pet rent per cat is $25.00. Additional restrictions apply and will be explained during the leasing process. This policy is subject to change without notice.

What is the parking situation? What about guest parking?

We provide open parking outside buildings. Permits are required on all vehicles.

Guests must park in visitor or street parking.  If guests park in resident lots, they will be towed. 

Can grills be used on balconies?

Residents are permitted to use electric grills only on balconies and patios. 

What is the smoking policy?

​We are pleased to be a smoke-free community.

I need maintenance/emergency maintenance; who do I call?

Contact the leasing office for emergency maintenance. For routine maintenance, you can contact the leasing office or put the work order in online through the Resident Portal

Are there washers/dryers in the apartments?

Apartments do not have washers/dryers or hook-ups for them. We do have laundry facilities available for resident use which are open from 7 AM to 9 PM, daily. 

What appliances are in the kitchen?

Apartments come with a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is not a built-in microwave and the sinks do not have garbage disposals. 

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes, there is air conditioning in the apartments. 

Is there a tub or shower?

Apartment bathrooms have tubs. 

Is there public transportation nearby? What stop is closest?

Yes, there is a bus stop at the entrance of the property. 

What public schools are in the area?

Schools include Charlotte Avene Elementary School, Pennichuck Middle School, and Nashua North High School.
